Data Analytics Manager – Lead Business Intelligence
The Data Analytics Manager plays a leading role in transforming data into strategic insight for digital media and AI consulting initiatives. You will guide a team of analysts in turning complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence that supports better decisions across client engagements and internal innovation.
In this role, you’ll oversee every stage of the analytics workflow — from data collection and cleaning to modeling, interpretation, and visualization. You’ll ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with the business questions that matter most to our clients and teams.
Working across departments, you’ll collaborate with clients, product managers, strategists, and media specialists to define key metrics, align reporting objectives, and deliver insights that drive performance. Whether it’s measuring campaign success, modeling customer behavior, or supporting AI applications, your work will be central to decision-making.
As a team leader, you’ll mentor analysts, provide technical direction, and support professional development. You’ll help define analytics standards, implement best practices, and build scalable frameworks that ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Your role also includes staying ahead of industry trends — from emerging data science techniques to evolving analytics platforms. You’ll assess new tools, integrate relevant technologies, and contribute to the consultancy’s long-term data strategy.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is essential. Experience with cloud data environments like BigQuery or Snowflake and familiarity with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or AI model evaluation will give you a strong advantage.
Strong communication is critical. You’ll be expected to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences, turning data stories into strategic recommendations that move clients and teams forward.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts.

Oversee data analysis projects supporting client campaigns and AI initiatives.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Establish analytics best practices and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience in data analytics or data science roles, with management experience preferred.
