Media Buyer – Purchase High-Impact Media Inventory
The Media Buyer plays a pivotal role in securing advertising space across a variety of digital channels to maximize reach and deliver strong ROI for client campaigns. You will take ownership of media purchasing, negotiating rates and placements with publishers, platforms, and networks to ensure the most cost-effective buys that align with campaign goals.
In this role, you’ll manage campaign budgets with precision, constantly monitoring spend and performance to optimize media allocations. Working closely with media planners, creative teams, and data analysts, you will ensure all campaign components align for seamless execution and maximum impact.
You will analyze audience data and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for improving placements, adjusting bids, and targeting specific segments more effectively. Your strategic insights will guide daily decisions on where and how to invest media dollars for the best possible outcomes.
Strong negotiation skills are essential, as you will build and maintain relationships with vendors and media partners to secure premium ad inventory, advantageous pricing, and value-added opportunities such as sponsorships or exclusive placements.
Additionally, you will stay informed about emerging advertising technologies, programmatic platforms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Your familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, and measurement tools will be key to executing campaigns that meet both client expectations and business objectives.
