Data Scientist – Create Predictive Data Models

The Data Scientist plays a key role in turning complex data into smart, strategic action across our digital media and AI consulting projects. In this role, you’ll apply advanced statistical analysis, machine learning models, and data science techniques to uncover patterns, forecast outcomes, and fuel innovation.

You’ll work with large, often messy datasets — conducting exploratory data analysis, cleaning and preparing data, and identifying trends that lead to high-impact insights. Your models will power predictive targeting, customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and AI-enhanced product features.

Collaboration is central to your success. You’ll partner with engineers, analysts, strategists, and business stakeholders to ensure that the insights you generate are clear, practical, and aligned with real-world goals. Your recommendations will help improve marketing performance, product personalization, and operational decision-making.

You’ll be responsible for developing and validating models — using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems. Once deployed, you’ll monitor their performance and iterate over time to improve accuracy, fairness, and relevance.

In addition, you’ll stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, applying cutting-edge tools and algorithms to client challenges. You’ll experiment with new data sources, feature engineering approaches, and performance metrics to keep models fresh and useful.

You’ll likely use Python or R for modeling, along with libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. SQL, cloud environments (AWS, GCP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) will be part of your regular workflow.

Clear communication is essential. You’ll be expected to translate technical results into actionable business language, helping both internal teams and clients understand the “why” behind your insights.

The Data Scientist ensures that our decisions and products are powered by evidence — not guesswork. Your ability to bring meaning to data makes you a critical part of delivering value, performance, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.

  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Monitor model performance and update models as necessary.

  • Support AI product development with data insights.

  • Work on data preprocessing and cleaning.

  • Stay updated with latest data science techniques and tools.

  • Document methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in data science or related field.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

  • Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Strong statistical and mathematical background.

  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.

  • Experience with big data platforms a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Passion for applying AI in digital media contexts.
