Business Analyst – Drive Insights With Data Analytics
The Business Analyst serves as a key strategic and analytical partner within our consultancy. In this role, you’ll help connect data, insights, and business goals — enabling smarter decisions across marketing, AI initiatives, and operational strategies.
You’ll work closely with consulting teams, product leads, and data experts to uncover valuable patterns and opportunities hidden within complex data sets. Your job is to turn these insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support client success and internal growth.
Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and building reports or dashboards that inform campaigns, product adoption, and process improvements. You’ll help translate numbers into narratives that teams can understand and act on.
Collaboration is central to your work. You’ll often bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders — ensuring that everyone, from data scientists to marketers, stays aligned on objectives and outcomes.
You’ll also analyze workflows and internal processes to spot inefficiencies. Once identified, you’ll propose practical solutions that improve productivity, reduce friction, and create better results for clients.
This role requires adaptability and focus. You’ll work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, often switching between industries, tools, and business challenges. You’ll need to think critically, communicate clearly, and act with agility.
Your toolset may include Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, along with strong comfort in navigating large datasets and presenting findings in visual formats. Experience with digital marketing metrics, customer journey analysis, or AI product analytics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data to support business cases and client projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years experience in business analysis or consulting roles.
