Business Manager – Lead Digital Growth and Strategy
The Business Manager plays a central leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our consultancy. You are responsible for overseeing key client relationships, project execution, and financial performance — ensuring that every engagement delivers value, quality, and measurable results.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of consulting, media, and AI. You’ll collaborate across departments to align business priorities, manage expectations, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes. From strategic planning to day-to-day management, you ensure the business runs efficiently and grows sustainably.
Your responsibilities include managing client accounts, supervising project timelines, and overseeing delivery across teams. You’ll monitor KPIs, track financial performance, and proactively address any risks to timelines, quality, or profitability. Your leadership helps ensure we meet and exceed client expectations at every stage.
You’ll also identify growth opportunities — whether through new services, upsell potential, or process improvements. Working closely with business development and leadership, you’ll help shape proposals, pitch strategies, and partnership plans that fuel future success.
Strong collaboration is key in this position. You’ll coordinate cross-functional resources, manage team workflows, and facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will help ensure that each project is aligned with both client goals and the consultancy’s strategic direction.

You’ll also contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client experience.

Responsibilities:
