Social Media Manager – Grow Brand on Social Channels

The Social Media Manager plays a vital role in shaping and executing the company’s social media strategy to drive brand awareness, foster engagement, and generate qualified leads. You will be responsible for developing creative and data-driven content plans across multiple social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of social media campaigns, ensuring that content aligns with the company’s voice, marketing objectives, and target audience preferences. Your tasks will include creating engaging posts, coordinating multimedia assets like videos and graphics, scheduling content calendars, and managing community interactions to build strong online relationships.

Analyzing performance metrics such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion data will be critical to your success. You will use insights from analytics tools to continuously refine social media tactics, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate impact and ROI to stakeholders.

Collaboration is central to this role—you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, creative designers, copywriters, and data analysts to ensure social media initiatives complement broader marketing and business goals. You will also coordinate with product and sales teams to align messaging with current offerings and promotions.
