The Digital Advertising Specialist plays a key role in driving growth, visibility, and performance for clients through expertly managed digital campaigns. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize advertising initiatives across a variety of platforms — including search, social, display, video, and programmatic — to ensure maximum impact and measurable ROI.
Your daily responsibilities include developing media plans, setting up campaigns, managing budgets, and selecting the right ad formats and bidding strategies for each objective. You’ll tailor your approach to the unique goals of each project — whether that’s driving traffic, generating leads, or increasing conversions.
Working closely with media buyers, creative teams, and data analysts, you’ll ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and performance benchmarks. You’ll provide input on creative direction, ensure correct tracking setup, and monitor real-time performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
Audience targeting is central to your success. You’ll define and refine segments using behavioral, contextual, and demographic data, leveraging tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and TikTok Ads. Your ability to combine platform knowledge with audience insight will be crucial to campaign success.
In addition to execution, analysis is a major focus. You’ll review campaign metrics, build performance dashboards, and present clear, actionable reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Your recommendations will help shape future strategy and maximize the effectiveness of ad spend.
You’ll stay up to date with evolving advertising technologies, platform changes, and industry best practices. Testing new formats, experimenting with automation tools, and contributing to continuous learning within the team will be part of your impact.
Creativity also plays a role. You’ll collaborate with design and content teams to optimize ad creative based on data-driven feedback — ensuring that messaging resonates with the intended audience.
